Life Lately...

Well hello there everyone! It's been a while! I hope you are enjoying this glorious weather we are having at the moment! As you can probably tell I have been away from the blogosphere for just over a month now! Life has just gotten on top of me and I haven't really been able to blog as much as I would have liked. However no return to the blog is complete without a little life update post so I thought I would update you all with what has been going on lately. As you can see from the photo above I have been busy socializing, reading and just taking a well deserved break from the blog. I have split this post into different categories of my life below so have a read and I hope you enjoy this post.

Blogging & Organisation Tips and Advice

Hey Everyone! So as you would have noticed it has been very quite on FleurDanielle lately. I have just been so so busy working and spending time with family and friends. I've also had a few little personal issues going on as well that has really demotivated me from blogging. However, I think my motivation is back so I am back today with a brand new post for you all. I've seen a lot of bloggers commenting lately about how they don't know how people with a full time job can blog all the time. I'm one of those people and even though I haven't blogged all the time recently if you organise yourself it can be extremely manageable. I thought I would also share a few tips for those of you who, like me, work full time but also want to dedicate time to your blog as well. I hope you enjoy this post.

What's Always In My Make Up Bag? My Holy Grail Make Up Products

Hey Everyone! Hope you are all well. Today I have just had a very chilled day eating food and watching films. If you have Sky they have recently added a Valentine's section in there and I have been thoroughly enjoying watching movies from there. I watched 'When Harry Met Sally' earlier for, believe it or not, the first time ever and I absolutely love it. Meg Ryan is just amazing! As I'm off from work until Monday I am definitely going to be enjoying watching films pretty much daily. I'm also in the middle of applying for a job at the moment to move on upwards in the field I am in and I have never been so nervous and scared for anything in my entire life but I am thinking super positive and I've had good feedback so far so fingers crossed. Anyway, back to the point of this post. Today I thought I'd talk to you all about what is always in my make up bag. I don't think I have ever really done a post like this before. I talk about beauty a lot but my beauty posts are always leaning more to skincare than actual make up products so I thought it would be nice to share with you all today what I keep in there on a daily basis. As my lighting is so rubbish at the moment and the products I use are really in not the best of condition I didn't really want to photograph them but this is the make up bag I use. How cute is it? I can't remember where I got it from but it's super cute and I absolutely love it although I do have to be careful because having a white make up bag and dark foundation really isn't the best combination. Anyway, I hope you enjoy reading this post.

A Single Girl's Guide To Valentines Day & Why It Doesn't Have To Be A Day Just For Couples

Hi Everyone! Hope you are all having a fabulous February so far. I can't believe it's already the second month of the year. 2017 please slow down. So it's that time of the year where Easter Eggs are hitting the shops, and the dreaded time of the year to all us singletons is just around the corner (a week to be exact) and that is Valentines Day. Now to be honest with you I've never had a problem with Valentine's Day. I've never been in a relationship on that day but I hold no hostility to the day itself. It got me thinking about this post as I've already started to see a lot of people complain and be really negative about it but as the title of this post suggests it doesn't have to be the most depressing day of the day so I thought I'd compile this little post of how you can celebrate the day even if you are single. I know the photo above doesn't really relate but it's got a pink sunset over the city of love so I thought I'd use it anyway.  Hopefully you'll enjoy this day and it helps you try and enjoy Valentine's day a little bit more.

70 Inexpensive Post Ideas For The Uninspired Blogger

Hey Everyone! So today I thought I'd do a different post for you all. We have recently entered the second month of 2017 and something I noticed last month and recently is that there have been a lot of new bloggers appear on the scene which is amazing. I don't agree with this whole there are enough bloggers out there rubbish. There's a place for everyone. However there has been something else that I've noticed as well. There has also been a lot of bloggers on my twitter and instagram who say that they have been very uninspired lately when it comes to blogging. That is something I totally understand. Sometimes it's just so hard to find what to blog but if you are just starting out the one thing you have to remember is that blogging doesn't have to be expensive. Just because you see your favorite blogger modelling some new clothes that they have recently bought or trying out some new make up or skincare they have bought doesn't mean you are automatically obliged to spend your hard earned money on that in order to have a successful blog. When I first started out I was one of those people. I used to think having a successful blog meant you have to keep up to date with the latest beauty buys and fashion buys and it took me a good year and a half to realise that isn't the case at all. So for today's post I thought I'd write a list of posts that won't cost you a penny but will hopefully inspire you to blog more. Enjoy!
